Construction Division
- Absolute specialises in managing renovations, extensions, alterations, conversions and refurbishment projects for residential and commercial customers, from large extensions and conversions to minor works.
- We provide our customers with a detailed, no obligation quotation which ensures the quoted price presented is fully comprehensive, accurate and explained. Dependent on the extension or building project, we provide a quantity surveyor report with our free quotations, ensuring a full breakdown and transparency is presented.
- If you require support or advice with planning your building project, we can advise on design and cost from a build perspective. We can also inform you of the planning requirements and manage the full planning process – we have close relationships with established and experienced architects and structural engineers.
- We invite our prospective customers to visit previous and current project and speak with existing customers. We recently undertook the renovation of the Poole Sea Cadets, including extension and roof replacement, which was undertaken on behalf of its Committee, including an ex Mayor of Poole. The ex Mayor and further Committee members are happy to act as a reference and allow viewings of the renovation project.
