Absolute Property Services & Solutions is a professional construction company, specialising in extensions and renovations, operating in Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and neighbouring counties.

Absolute also undertakes maintenance works. With an in-house team of professional tradesmen we are able to provide maintenance services alongside our core construction services.

Construction Services

• Absolute specialises in managing renovations, extensions, alterations, conversions and refurbishment projects for residential and commercial customers, from large extensions and conversions to minor works.
• Our project management team have extensive experience in managing residential and commercial projects to time and budget. Our project managers work with our in-house team of tradesmen and engineers, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are delivered across every aspect of the project
• We invite our prospective customers to visit previous and current project and speak with existing customers. We have undertaken many kinds of residential and commercial renovation projects – we can discuss exactly which projects would be best for you to visit. We are pleased to have a number of references, one of which being the Committee of the Poole Sea Cadets, for whom we recently undertook an extension and roof replacement – see case study. An ex Mayor of Poole heads the committee and along with other members, is happy to meet to enable viewings of the project and discuss working with Absolute.
• We provide our customers with a detailed, no obligation quotation which ensures the quoted price presented is fully comprehensive, accurate and explained. Dependent on the extension or building project, we provide a quantity surveyor report with our free quotations, ensuring a full breakdown and transparency is presented.
• If you require support or advice with planning your building project, we can advise on design and cost from a build perspective. We can also inform you of the planning requirements and manage the full planning process – we have close relationships with established and experienced architects and structural engineers.

Maintenance Services

• Each core trade covered - Absolute has a specialist in-house team for each core trade ensuring we can help with most requirements. We undertake commercial and residential works.

• Professional account manager - every enquiry to Absolute is greeted by our office based account manager, whether you phone or email us. Our tradesmen’s diaries are managed centrally, meaning no chasing on mobile phones
• All work Guaranteed – every job comes with a minimum 12 month guarantee for all work, with much longer guarantees available dependent on the work carried out.
