Absolute Property Services & Solutions is a professional construction and maintenance company, with an in-house team of project managers, engineers and tradesmen which covers each core trade.
Construction Division
Our construction division specialises in managing renovation, extension and refurbishment projects for residential and commercial customers, from large extensions and conversions to minor works. Our project management team have extensive experience in managing residential and commercial projects to time and budget. Our project managers work with our in-house team of tradesmen and engineers, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are delivered across every aspect of the project. We have undertaken a number of prestigious residential and commercial projects, including the renovation of period mansion properties and the renovation of the Poole Sea Cadets – a project dedicated as one of the Mayor of Poole’s chosen charities in 2010.
Maintenance Division
Our maintenance division specialises in all levels of maintenance work, from boiler installations and full electrical rewire to small handyman jobs. Our customers call our professional account management team who manage the diaries of our tradesmen and organises each job from start to finish, ensuring optimum efficiency. Our maintenance service takes away all the energy and hassle from calling/managing/chasing different tradesmen. We provide extensive maintenance services across every trade to private homeowners and property professionals such as; letting agents and managing agents. Our clients include the RNLI, Palmer Snell, Belvoir, Tailor Made, Countrywide, Quay Holidays.
