Construction Services
Our team of professional project managers have extensive experience in managing all sizes of construction and renovation projects to time and budget across a range of sectors from retail, charity, education, insurance, to the public sector and property sector professionals, such as managing agents . Our project managers work with our in-house team across each core trade, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are delivered across every aspect of the project.
Every customer has different requirements and follows different procurement processes - we enjoy meeting with each client to understand their individual needs in order to present a tailored service and solution.
Maintenance Services
Absolute provides its commercial clients a full service maintenance solution – covering each core trade with specialist in-house tradesmen and engineers, our customers are able to contact their account manager for every maintenance requirement.
We provide maintenance services to a number of sectors, including; letting agents, managing agents, insurance companies, businesses/offices and retail.
Our office based account management team manage the diaries of our tradesmen and engineers, ensuring optimum efficiency whilst our team of tradesmen are continuously on and between jobs. Our customer calls and emails are all channelled through our account management team, ensuring a customer focussed service, where your call to a landline number is always answered and dealt with professionally.

Ensuring business productivity is not impacted
Absolute understands that the maintenance of property and premises is integral to the successful operation of a business or organisation. If property maintenance is not effectively managed, business productivity, revenues and profit will be affected.
To effectively manage the maintenance of a property, every possible disruption must be minimalised, with highest standards of workmanship delivered using the most time efficient processes. If the work can be performed outside trading hours, all disruption is fully controlled and the work is done as time efficiently as possible, hence the impact on business productivity will be minimised. On each job Absolute makes a strategic assessment with its commercial clients to ensure any impact to business productivity is always kept to a minimum.
