We understand that customers lead busy lives and therefore requests are often last minute. We will strive to fulfil all requests, even those at short notice. The more time an account manager has to deal with a request, the better the outcome so members are encouraged to brief jobs as early as possible to help get the best out of the service. For non-urgent requests, an appropriate deadline will be agreed with you which enables lifestyle managers to prioritise your urgent requests.
