Absolute works with its customers across all levels of construction projects, from large extensions and conversions to minor works.
We provide our customers with a detailed, no obligation quotation which ensures the quoted price presented is fully comprehensive, accurate and explained. Dependent on the extension or building project, we provide a quantity surveyor report with our free quotations, ensuring a full breakdown and transparency is presented.
If you require support or advice with planning your building project, we can provide advice in design and cost from a build perspective. We can also inform you of the planning requirements and manage the full planning process – we have close relationships with established and experienced architects and structural engineers.
We invite our prospective customers to visit previous and current project and speak with existing customers. We recently undertook the renovation of the Poole Sea Cadets, including extension and roof replacement, which was undertaken on behalf of its Committee, including an ex Mayor of Poole. The ex Mayor and further Committee members are happy to act as a reference and allow viewings of the renovation project.
Our project management team have extensive experience in managing residential and commercial projects to time and budget. Working with our in-house team which covers each core trade, our project managers ensure the highest standards of workmanship are delivered across every aspect of the project, with health and safety standards a core focus.
Our professional approach to customer service ensures we have a no job too small philosophy to our customer’s requirements.
Residential Projects
We seek to develop strong working relationships with our customers, working as closely as desired throughout the process – we are often involved in the design and planning stages of projects, but we are equally as happy to commence work solely from a construction perspective.
We always develop a detailed specification and schedule of works to ensure a professional and transparent approach to time and cost management. To provide complete peace of mind we invite our customers to visit our finished projects and speak with our existing customers.
Absolute has established relationships with surveyors, architects, structural engineers, local planners and as a consequence is able to offer a full service from planning through initial design all the way to the final brushstroke.
Commercial Projects
Working with commercial clients across a range of sectors from retail, charity, education, insurance, to the public sector and property sector professionals, such as managing agents, we understand procurement processes take different guises and welcome e-procurement technology when presented.
