Vision

The concept behind Absolute was to form a construction and property maintenance company that breaks the traditional mould by offering guaranteed competitive pricing, quality of work and excellence in customer service. Our goal is to provide complete piece of mind and ensure our customer’s will be inspired by the job of improving their property. The business dovetails Adam and Dan’s knowledge of professional customer service, efficient business and management processes with David’s vast experience of property maintenance and development. Through our own experiences we are acutely aware that the construction and property maintenance industries are one of the most poorly serviced markets in the UK, specifically with respect to poor levels of customer service and quality of workmanship. We feel there is a need for a company consistently capable of delivering a quality end product on time and on budget, by professionals that customers feel happy to have in and work on their property.

Our aim is to be the first choice for our customers for all their property needs. Absolute has an ongoing dialogue with it’s customers to understand how our service can be improved. To ensure our customer service levels and quality of workmanship are achieved, we offer a service guarantee.

Through our service guarantee we are accountable for our performance to customers, and ensure transparency through comprehensive service monitoring and customer feedback systems (-link to the features page) which will in turn form the basis for service improvement.

We believe that a highly competent, motivated, & well trained workforce that understands and strongly believes in Absolute’s customer service values is a major factor in our success in meeting and exceeding our customer’s requirements.

Health and Safety Values

Commitment to health and safety is a top priority for us at Absolute. We employ an external health and safety consultant to ensure Absolute delivers the highest standards in health and safety. Every Absolute tradesmen undertakes ongoing health and safety training from our external consultant, ensuring our customers receive the safest level of service.

Before we carry out any work on-site, all of our work activities are individually risk assessed and our team are trained to ensure an acute understanding of risk assessments. Our senior management team carry out regular site safety inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with site rules and management procedures.

We welcome our customers asking us questions on our health and safety processes and are happy to provide a copy of our Health, Safety and Environment policy.
