Your home will be thoroughly protected throughout any job, with dustsheets and plastic sheeting to cover all furniture and flooring in the areas where we are working. We also clean up thoroughly at the end of each and every day and remove all of our own rubbish. We are more than happy to remove your rubbish too, including old bathroom suites and old kitchens.
Pricing
Work is priced by the hour for an initial call out and an engineer will subsequently quote an estimated price for the job depending on the requirements.
Quotations are worked out by judging the time it will take for the work to be completed, and are based on what can be reasonably assumed on the site visit and in discussions with the client.
Work that is priced per hour includes maintenance, repairs and emergency work. The first hour is charged in full with time thereafter being charged in 30 minute increments which we feel emphasizes our customer focussed approach and ensures value for money.
During routine daily work Absolute engineers aim to carry all the necessary items for the job, however if the engineer must leave the site e.g. to pick up materials that they could not reasonably be expected to carry, a standard charge of £15 will be levied (as opposed to an hourly charged by our competitors).
