RNLI, Dorset - Maintenance provider
Absolute is proud to be the maintenance and refurbishment provider for the RNLI Lifeguards for East Dorset and Weymouth. We ensure the RNLI Lifeguard premises, entailing fifteen Beach Pods, are fully operational during the season and refurbished before the season starts in May.
Solent Reach, Lymington, Hampshire – Full renovation
Absolute's customers at Solent Reach recently purchased the property as a renovation project. In a stunning location, with views of the Isle of White, the property required extensive modernisation throughout. Our customers sought to achieve a luxury finish.
Private Property, Poole, Dorset – Full renovation and extension
As part of Absolute's development portfolio, we undertook a complete renovation of a large four bedroom semi-detached house. The property was renovated to medium specification to best meet the requirements of the local rental market.
Exquisite Bridal Couture, Lymington, Hampshire – Full refurbishment
Absolute project managed the refurbishment of Exquisite Bridal Couture; Lymington’s recently opened, luxury bridal boutique. With the boutique selling wedding dresses from £1,500 up to £4,500, a very high quality finish was required.
Private Property, Wimborne, Dorset – Full internal renovation
Absolute's customer is a buy to let investor and as such the property was renovated to a medium specification to suit the strong local rental market.
Poole Sea Cadets, Poole, Dorset – Extension and roof replacement
Absolute take great pride in being selected by the Poole Sea Cadets to undertake their extensive renovation. The Mayor of Poole, Councillor Chris Bulteel, selected the Poole Sea Cadets as one of his chosen charities.
Old Solent House, Lymington, Hampshire – Dormer windows
Absolute was privileged to be invited to undertake the renovation of two dormer windows and further works at Old Solent House - a detached Grade II listed property close to Lymington harbour.
Private Property, Poole, Dorset – Full internal renovation
Absolute undertook the full refurbishment of this large two bed apartment, with conservatory, in Lower Parkstone. We closely developed a detailed schedule of works with our client, allocating cost and resource to ensure the required finish could be achieved within budget.
Bailie House, Sturminster Marshall, Dorset – External refurbishment
The Absolute team spent four weeks renovating the exterior of Bailie House in Sturminster Marshall, a fourteen bedroom Georgian house owned by former Poole speedway rider and present day manager, Neil Middleditch.

Absolute undertakes its own developments for resale and rental purposes. We renovated a large two bedroom ground floor apartment at Swains Hall in Lower Parkstone into a three bedroom apartment
