Absolute and its team of skilled tradesmen is run by a four person management team - David, Adam, Clem and Dan

Adam Sumner

Adam Sumner (Director)

Adam is a co-founder of Absolute with principle responsibility for running the operational aspects of the business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 with Deloitte, before moving on to the Corporate Finance team of the investment banking division at Charles Stanley Securities. Adam has in-depth experience of the financial markets, fund raising, business strategy and building lasting customer relationships.

In his role, Adam is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the business and for managing day-to-day domestic and commercial operations alongside Absolute’s Operations Director, David Haines. Adam and David manage a large team of engineers and professional tradesmen.

Adam runs the operational side of Absolute to ensure the business is best placed to continue to deliver excellence in customer service and job execution from the first phone call to our account management team to the conclusion of every job.

Daniel Hamer

Daniel Hamer (Director)

Daniel is a co-founder of Absolute with principle responsibility for customer service, marketing and business development. Prior to co-founding Absolute Daniel worked in business development and sales director roles within the advertising and software industries, most recently at the Financial Times, Thomson Reuters and Emailvision. Daniel was responsible for developing and managing corporate customer relationships, driving business development and managing and training sales teams.

Daniel ensures that Absolute continues to improve the service levels it offers to its growing customer base and manages the company’s business development (delete team).
Daniel works closely with Adam Sumner overseeing the strategic growth of the business and supports the account management team.

David Haines

David Haines (Operations Director)

David is a co-founder of Absolute with key responsibility for managing Absolute’s team of project managers, tradesmen and engineers. David oversees that each project is managed to time and cost, delivering the highest standards of workmanship and customers service . David brings over 30 years experience working within the construction and property maintenance industry, having successfully project managed and successfully delivered a range of commercial and residential construction projects and implemented and overseen maintenance programmes in commercial premises. David interviews every potential tradesmen and engineer used by Absolute, assessing technical and customer service skills. Prior to establishing Absolute, David most recently set up and developed a successful construction firm in Northern France.

Clem Haines

Clem Haines (Account Manager)

Clem runs the account management and concierge aspect of Absolute. Clem's primary aim is to ensure that all customers are provided with the highest possible levels of service through maximising engineer’s diaries, coordinating jobs and ensuring that client’s needs are not only met but surpassed.

Prior to joining Absolute Clem was a lifestyle manager for TenUK - a market leading international concierge service based in London. Clem was responsible for providing concierge for 30 private members, a role which was highly relationship driven and required creative thinking and excellent knowledge within the property industry.
