Office Refurbishment

Bailie House in Sturminster Marshall - Fourteen bedroom Georgian property

The Absolute team spent four weeks renovating the exterior of Bailie House in Sturminster Marshall, a fourteen bedroom Georgian house owned by former Poole speedway rider and present day manager, Neil Middleditch. Neil is well known in the area for his Bailie House warehouse weekend sales.

Internal and External Renovation

The Absolute Team worked under short timescales to complete the internal and external renovation work to enable Patricia to move into the recently purchased property. The full renovation required a new kitchen, bathroom, extensive painting and decorating and modernisation.

Plumbing and Building

4 Bedroom House in Wimborne

"I would like to formally thank, and indeed recommend you, as result of the excellent work carried out at my home. We wanted a washing machine relocated into the garage, which meant rerouting the water supply and waste under a 6 inch concrete base in addition to the installation of the of the machine itself. Not only this, but we wanted the machine to be situated at the far side of the garage from where the supply would enter, making the undertaking more complex than the alternative solution.

The work carried out was in the time frame quoted and started on the day scheduled. This being a challenge as there was more work involved than initially anticipated and Tom worked hard and virtually without a break to ensure timescales were maintained. You made good in all areas where work took place and left the property clean and tidy, with the only evidence of working taking place behind the re-homed machine itself.
